Yes. Pick-up from hotels within 5 km of the spa is free. Tell us your hotel name when you book.

How do I book a massage at Say Hi Spa?

Can I walk in without a booking?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist is free. For evenings and for groups we recommend booking ahead on WhatsApp so we can have therapists ready for you at the same time.
Can a group of friends or family come together?
Yes, we often welcome friends, couples and families. Book ahead and tell us how many guests, so everyone can be treated at the same time. A private room is possible depending on availability.
Can I message you in my own language?
Yes. Our website and booking messages are available in English, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and French – write to us on WhatsApp in the language you prefer.

How much does a massage cost at Say Hi Spa?
A 60-minute Traditional Vietnamese Massage is 500,000 VND (about $23), a 60-minute Aromatherapy Oil Massage is 400,000 VND (about $18), a 60-minute foot massage is 450,000 VND (about $21) and a 60-minute 14-step Head Spa is 400,000 VND (about $18). See the full menu with all prices.
Are there any discounts?
Booking online gives you 10% off plus a free herbal foot soak. Our combos (for example gel polish + foot massage, or massage + head spa) are also 10% off the regular price.
How can I pay?
In cash (Vietnamese dong) or by card. Card payments have a 5% card fee.
Do I have to tip?
No. Tips are entirely up to you and we never pressure guests to tip. Our prices are clearly shown on the menu.
Is anything included for free?
Every guest gets chilled purified water and sweets. Online bookings also get a free herbal foot soak.

What is the 14-step Head Spa?
Our signature Head Spa is a slow, 14-step herbal head spa with hair washing and head massage. You choose your VIP level by time: 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes (from 400,000 VND (about $18) for 60 minutes to 800,000 VND (about $37) for 120 minutes).
What is best after a long day of walking around Hanoi?
A foot massage with oil (30 minutes 250,000 VND (about $12), 60 minutes 450,000 VND (about $21)), a hot stone foot massage, or a back & foot massage are the most popular choices for tired legs.
Do you do traditional Vietnamese massage?
Yes – Traditional Vietnamese Massage is one of our most booked treatments (60 minutes 500,000 VND (about $23)). We also offer Thai massage, aromatherapy oil massage, hot stone massage and a four-hands massage (900,000 VND (about $41) for 60 minutes).
Do you offer nails, lashes, facials and waxing?
Yes. Nails (classic manicure 200,000 VND (about $9), gel polish 350,000 VND (about $16), nail art, extensions, spa pedicure), lash tint, lift and extensions, facials, relaxing hair wash and waxing. All prices are on the menu.
Do you have spa packages?
Yes: the Relaxing Package (body massage + facial, 90 minutes), the Combo Package (body massage + hair wash + facial, 120 minutes) and the Luxury Package (body scrub + body massage + facial + hair wash, 180 minutes). Prices are on the menu.
