Booking & cancellation

Booking is free – no deposit or prepayment is needed. You pay at the spa after your treatment.
Book online to receive 10% off every treatment plus a free herbal foot soak. Combos are also 10% off; the two discounts are not combined.
Need to change or cancel? It is free – please tell us at least 2 hours before your appointment by WhatsApp (+84 355 330 278) or on the “My booking” page.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Free hotel pick-up within 5 km of the spa. Please wait in your hotel lobby at the agreed time.
Please tell your therapist about pregnancy, injuries, skin conditions or allergies before your treatment, so we can adjust it for you.
Please keep phones, cash and valuables with you or ask our reception to look after them.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards on our multi-function card terminal.
Tips are optional and never expected.

What we collect when you book or message us: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), date, time, treatments, number of guests, hotel for pick-up (optional) and your notes.
Why we use it: to confirm and manage your booking, contact you by WhatsApp or email, send a reminder before your appointment, arrange pick-up, and ask for your feedback after your visit.
We never sell your information. We only share what is needed with the services that run our website and bookings: Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider (booking emails), WhatsApp, and Google (to measure how many people book from our ads – no names or phone numbers are sent).
Cookies and browser storage: our website remembers how you found us (for example a Google search or an ad) for up to 30 days, and your selected treatments, in your own browser. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it: booking records are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
Your rights: you can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 7 days. We follow Vietnam’s personal data protection rules (Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP).
